Mentor/Sponsor
Mentors play an important role in providing support for kids in need. Mentors are the hands, feet and voice of the values of Crossroads Ministry to the youth we serve and the community in which we serve. The mentor becomes a part of the Ministry Team that both support the Mission of Crossroads and others on the Ministry Team.
Mentors are overseen by the Crossroads Director of Ministry. No formal counseling skills are required to become a mentor. A full background check is done prior to approving someone to be a mentor.
