Life Skills Improvement
Individual Counseling - Weekly sessions with a licensed counselor.
Group Counseling - Meets twice a week to discuss life struggles and daily encounters led by adult sponsors.
Sex Education - Teaches abstinence, and the importance and benefits of waiting for a life partner- education on various STDs, I-IPVs education on laws concerning sex and sexual harassment.
Domestic Abuse Education — Students learn how to deal with emotions in healthy ways and to recognize and stop the cycle of abuse. Taught by Freedom House.
Social Skills and fellowship
Special Guest Speakers - Career opportunities, sharing life experiences, motivational speeches, and substance Abuse.

Mentoring Ministries
Mentors - five trained care givers who mentor our youth, provide transportation to appointments, spiritual guidance, attend school lunches and attend important functions for their youth and basically act as a mother role model.
Shepherds -a program that lakes an older student and promotes them to a leadership role in the group, mentoring to the younger students.

Child Care Ministry
Crossroads provides caring adults to work with and mentor to our very young youth ages newborn — 5yrs. during meetings and for single working mothers.
Crossroads provides transportation to and from meetings, counseling sessions and addiction services.
Crossroads provides information to youth on resources and services that are available to them in Parker County and surrounding areas and helps them to utilize those services.

The Crossroads CommunityThe Crossroads Community is for the youth. Its primary purpose is to connect with teenagers who are living in poverty or an abusive setting and teach them how to responsibly and productively engage in the world, thereby breaking the cycle of dysfunctional behavior.
